Five Warrants Issued For the Mouth That Roared

Judge Paula Roscioli has issued five arrest warrants for Jim Gregory, the love-sick politico who has given Jolly Joe Timmer $3,000 so he can continue wooing his ex-girlfriend on WGPA. These warrants are based on five separate counts of indirect criminal contempt of a Protection From Abuse Act Order (PFA) ordering Gregory to refrain from all contact, direct or indirect, with his ex-girlfriend. Gregory has already been convicted twice of criminal contempt for defying the PFA. I'll have details at the witching hour.

  3. It's a convict's first day in prison; he's a young convict and here's there crying. An older convict sits down and says, ''Look, calm down, prison's not such a bad place. Like, for instance, do you like movies?'' And he says, ''Yeah I like movies.'' He says, ''Every Monday we show a movie on the screen, first run movie.'' He says, ''That's great.'' He says, ''And you like baseball?'' He says, ''Yeah.'' ''Every Tuesday we arrange a baseball game.'' He says, ''That's terrific.'' And he says, ''You like Italian food?'' And he says, ''Yeah I love Italian food.'' He says, ''In the cafeteria on Wednesday, it's all Italian food. Let me ask you one more thing. Are you a homosexual?'' And he says, ''No.'' He says, ''Eh, you're not going to like Thursday.''

  6. At the end of todays program Greggy refers to Judge Zito as "Ziti", wonder if Len was listening and how he feels about seeing Greggy back in his courtroom.

    ReplyDelete
  7. Judge Zito is on vacation this week, and I think he might have missed the show.

    ReplyDelete
  8. Well, looks like the next Gregory show will be inside the Graybar Hotel. The jerk must like it there by deliberately disobeying his PFA. Wonder if Asteak got paid before Jolly Joe?

  9. If Jim Gregory goes before a female Judge....his Attitude Adujustment, shall be Legendary!

Jim will still re-appear before Judge Zito, for his Gagnon II Hearing.

  10. Mezzacappa has quickly purged many of Gregory's nonsensical rants from her blog, the ones they both like to claim are from me.

    Too late!

And the contempt has nothing to do with those.

  11. Looking forward to the Budd Williams Show tomorrow morning.

    Who will be his guest?

  12. Funny, thats the problem with PFA warrants, they arent worth the paper they are printed on. A girl makes a false claim, the judge says OK and it goes to court. File all they want, they are all bullshit!!

    ReplyDelete
  13. She should be strung up. Leave him go already!!! He has left her alone and she is still harassing him in court.

She is a sick girl and she needs help. Gregory did nothing but praise her on the show and yet, here she is filing bullshit claims to get him in trouble again. Isnt the court fed up with this nonsense yet?? Even Leighton Cohen dumped her sorry ass. This time , he'll have his witnesses, especially the one with the sex tapes and he will blow her out of the water. Enough of this garbage. She needs to be arrested for using the courts to prosecute him. This is the insane thing about PFA's. A girl alleges whatever. She is automatically, without the guy being there to defend himself, granted a hearing on her word alone. Why??

  17. Please Your Honor put this guilty asshole back in the joint. he learned nothing. He laughs at the law and thinks his mensa brain can outwit and ignore laws meant for lesser beings.
Just today he consistently and very directly communicated with his ex-girlfriend in violation of his PFA. End of the debate, he is in clear violation.

It was not his nephew, not Mezzacrappa, it was the idiotic mensa himself.

Enough already, put this woman abusing ass back in the can. He wants to hang with his pedophile and woman beater pals he made in the joint, let him. Send him back so society is safe.

  19. I think his contract with Timmer, allows Timmer to keep the amount $300. I sure hope that is true.

Spartacus is waiting for you Jimmy.

  20. Gregory seems to think that he will be able to bring witnesses regarding the PFA.

The warrants issued today are the result of violating an existing PFA. The judge isn't going to rehear the original PFA case. That's done. He will only hear relevant facts toward the violations.

Kiss your ass goodbye Greggy and get ready to start licking some.

  21. He is in fairly big trouble, whether he knows it or not.

  22. Call me an idiot, but I feel kinda sorry for the guy.

There's no doubt he HAD potential. Unfortunately, his ego didn't allow him to "take the hint." He was too good for that, too Mensa. Too wrapped up in whatever carried him through before.

Listening/watching that abomination of a show it was obvious this guy needs intervention. His life didn't work out the way he had hoped, but he continued fighting on in denial. Somehow, he believed he could prove everyone wrong about him, if he only had a chance.

Honestly, this gut doesn't belong as just another rotting fruit in a jail cell. This guy needs serious counseling and a few lawful drugs.

If he could have only recognized the "hint." ALL the hints.

Shame on Joe Timmer for enabling this to happen on a grand scale.

  23. You are an "idiot"

  24. Timmer is about the money. He would have given Charles Manson air time for $200/mo.

    ReplyDelete
  25. He is an adult. An alleged mensa. he is a mean spirited, vile and disgusting person who think she is "above" the law.

His game is to play everything and everybody. He deserves any punishment given. At 61 years old, you act like a criminal you get treated like a criminal.
    No tears for that azzhole.

    ReplyDelete
  26. 6:42, Although jail may not rehabilitate him, he needs to be removed from society bc his ex and her mother, as well as one of their witnesses, do not need to be tortured by him.

But in my view, the most culpable person in this sad affair is Joe Timmer. He knew Gregory had just been released from jail. He knew that Gregory would try yto reach out to his ex. Not only did he allow this, but he had his producer spinning love songs for her. He knew Gregory would defame everyone and did not care. He allowed Gregory to invade the privacy of an innocent person, and when she called Timmer to complain, she was trashed on the air even more.

So Gregory is a criminal. But in my view, the person who needs to be charged is Timmer. He owes me an on air apology. He owes apologies to Gregory's ex and especially her mother. And he owes all of us damages for the torture inflicted.

He needs to get on the air at 7 AM tomorrow and apologize for the nonsense that he permitted. He needs to apologize to Judge Zito, Judge Dally, DA Morganelli,Mayor Callahan, Jerry Seyfried, Ron Heckman, Ken Kraft, Peg Ferraro and numerous others.

He also needs to apologize for Gregory's anti-Semitism, which he displayed both today and last week.

And Budd Johnson, his producer, should man up and apologize for his role in this sordid affair.

    ReplyDelete
  27. What you guys don't seem to acknowledge, guys like Gregory don't see themselves like WE see them. They are delusional, mentally flawed.

As he enters the jail cell once again, he will STILL be confused as to why this is all taking place.

To me, he's sick and in need of help. There's a message in this for Trisha, too. She would be wise to take that message, go off into the shadows, rest and recoup.

    ReplyDelete
  28. When do you estimate Greggy will be in custody?

    ReplyDelete
  29. Bernie, I agree. Joe Timmer made a bad choice here. He should know better.

Joe Timmer put Jim out there for a few bucks but disgraced himself even more. I have lost all respect for Joe Timmer and WGPA.

Apologize, Joe. Then sell the station to someone who still has a sense of moral responsibility.

  30. As quickly as police can find him and arrest him. He can post bail, but bc he is on parole, the PO can just lodge a detainer and he won't be going anywhere. My guess is that is exactly what will happen.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Bernie you need to get a hold of Spartacus and get his side of the story, a hunky surfer from cali that resembles a chiseled trojan? Donald and the rest of your gay readers would be quite titillated.

  32. Once again, the system "MUST ERR ON THE SIDE OF CAUTION." The Judge (after getting information from Gregory's mother and sister in the way of another PFA) must not take a chance that Gregory could get violent again with someone else so the Judge rules that "Gregory must avoid any contact with his ex, his mother and his sister." The Judge, if he isn't one hundred percent sure that someone isn't being
100 % honest will still rule on the side of caution. He has no choice. In this instance, Gregory has not given the Judge must leeway. He consistently disregards the Judges ruling and court order. He violated his agreement for probation. He may not have done anything to his ex but it doesn't matter. He is to stay away and not harass her and he failed miserably. He is getting what he deserves and he brought it upon hisself. Maybe he can find a campaign manager in prison.

  33. I've been trying to figure out why Gregory would violate the PFA. Joke as we will, he does have enough intelligence to comprehend what constitutes a violation of the PFA.

Here's a possibility and it seems bizarre to us, but to Gregory who is desperate for listeners, donations, and recognition, he thought that he would get another letter to appear. He would use the interim before appearing to contact the papers and television, being sure to mention his "show" and how his First Amend. rights are violated because he tried to expose corruption in NorCo.

Gregory is out of money. He hasn't gotten any donations. No paper is giving him any free press that mentions his radio show. He is looking for something sensational to get picked up by the papers and he had to create it himself.

Not very Mensan, I agree, but to a warped mind like his, he probably thought it was "genius."

Most people love a good comedy. For me, I wanted to be able to say I heard it live, when Gregory put himself back in prison. Wish granted. Only regret is that Mezzacappa didn't have enough time given to her so she would make some threat that would have gotten her ass put away, too.

    ReplyDelete
  46. In reference to 6:01 p.m. the only nonsense is from him thinking that his ongoing harassment and intimidation of his ex and her Mother is not going send him back to prison. He claims to be so intelligent; however, he can't seem to understand that he will be going back to prison because of contempt of court not the actual PFA. I would certainly hope after this the radio station will pull his show off the air permanently. He needs to either go back to prison to serve the remainder of his sentence or he needs to be placed in a mental health treatment center. I am glad the Judge is issuing the arrest warrants. There can be no more excuses. The victims need to be protected from his ongoing abuse.

    (b) Defense.--It is a defense to prosecution under this
section that the pecuniary benefit did not exceed an amount

  48. Discussing his issues on air was distasteful and sad. If he only stayed on topic of politics and such the showb could have had potential. JG did not directly or indirectly contact his ex, his mom, or his sister. He did discuss them and issues on the air, which he certainly has a first amendment right to do that. It will be interesting to see the interpretation of the law. God Speed Greggy!

    ReplyDelete
  49. anon 8:59, in what language did you hear the broadcasts.

Today alone he specifically offered his ex a job and asked that she call. He stated he would put her in an office in Allentown because of her "hot looks", just like doctors use sexy receptionists to sell Viagra."

He has clearly violated the PFA, his victims want protection under the law and it is the courts responsibility to protect them from this serial offender.

    ReplyDelete
  50. "Interpretation of the law"

That has been the problem. There is one interpretation that counts, that of the Judge!

Gregory thinks this is another circus he can perform at and play his stupid games in the court room. he lost at that game once. he will really lose this time. Judge Rosciolli has no patience for abusive men. Her record is clear.

Get this dangerous nut off the streets.

    ReplyDelete
  51. I'm with 9:17. I'd agree that when he talked about his ex or her mother, he was acting in very poor taste, and it might be enough for contempt. But I think a judge would refrain from finding contempt, and would just reword the PFA and make it more clear. But today, he spoke directly to his ex. That is a clear violation of the PFA. He's toast.
