Jim Gregory, From NCP

Trica Mezzacappa has posted her transcript of a telephone conversation with Gregory from this morning. For some reason, she has not placed it on her blog, but is instead using Facebook.

Live from NCP 7/17/2013 8:30 am

You have a collect call from "Jim Gregory" Press 1 to accept

Trish: Hi

Jim: get a pen and write this thought down

Trish: OK

Jim..............................suppose if Spadoni and Zito are friends, and are trying to piss off SLevtold.....

Trish: I have the whole thought down on paper. I have 3 cases in the county too. I'm not sure I will write it all out here. I have to be there Friday. Steve is taking care of the bird. Met him when we (me and Doug) xxx xxxxx xxxxxx xxxx. Shaun drove past when I was talking to him

Jim: I hope the hearing for next week still goes on. I have to get the truth out. Call Rybak, Corcoran, Heinczman and Asteak. I need a lawyer here for 11 am tomorrow , courtroom 2.

Trish: Can you pay them?

Jim: I will get a lump sum when I retire

Trish: We have no money Jim, but I will call them. She has ruined you

Jim: They said no one was approved on the visitors list because I did not write down their age. Another inmate said that is total BS. Other inmate stories are coming. You are getting a letter. People are in here for dumb reasons.

Trish: OK, cant wait to hear the stories. Turn lemons into lemonade. I am working on the lemonade stand and want to get the fired deputies to help. We will all be armed, and work the stand to benefit our new cause..probably on my property. I will give everyone who wants a voice, a voice. Peopel have to be heard, and their stories must come out. This is a fantastic idea. I lOVE IT.

Jim: lol

Trish: Are they giving you vegetarian food?

Jim: No, I'm not eating much, lost weight here, but I had cereal this morning

Trish: The bird is so cool, and beautiful. Steve is mowing the lawn.If anything changes I'll take the bird. Steve is a good guy. I have your back

Jim: Ok thanks.

Trish: We're getting through this one step at a time. Hang in there. I'll do everything I can do from here, and keep the phone going , I hope

NORTHAMPTON COUNTY WILL DISCONNECT IN 3 MINUTES

Jim: Call the morning call and tell them to publish the letter I sent them last thursday..about the retirement age for judges. I think the public should see that I supported Zito even during this

Trish: I just gave him a wig, sorry.

Jim: OK.

Trish: If you get thrown in the hole I dont think we can talk, not sure about mail.

Jim: I solved it. We're getting the list taken care of. They have been great to me, giving me fruit

NORTHAMPTON COUNTY WILL DISCONNECT IN 1 MINUTE

Trish: We're getting disconnected

Jim: I'll call you later

  1. How romantic. And delusional. These two were made for each other - I wish them nothing but hearts and roses.

  2. If Gregory wants to be released from prison on Friday this is not the way to do it

  4. Of course, it's his ex who has ruined him and it had nothing to do with his own actions. Talk about not taking responsibility.

He sounds like Wimpy from Popeye. "I will gladly pay you Tuesday, for a lawyer today."

Love the part where Mezz apologizes to Gregory for giving Judge Zito a (clown) wig on her blog. With a friend like Tricia, who needs enemies.

  5. Let me guess, Attorneys Corcoran, Heinczman and Asteak all sprinted out of their offices for the rest of the week when they read this post. Rybak is anxiously sitting next to his phone and bong seeking his 1st client since 2011.

  7. But they have a Camaro....

Wonder what her reaction will be when it gets hooked? Can't believe payments have been a priority.

I'm telling ya Bernie, write a book. This is better than anything I've seen in ages.

  8. Jim is right. That jail is full of innocent people. If you want to find innocent people, visit a jail. This is widely known.

  9. He has not lost the will to fight back. Any idea that this experience will break his will is wrong.
He believes in justice and will probably end up being a voice for others who feel wronged.

He has a shot of leaving tomorrow, of he is allowed to make his case.

  12. Gregory should spend his time in jail writing his memoirs.

  15. Is Jim organizing the inmate's into a Union & be their Leader?

  16. Mezzacappa is sorry for putting a clown wig on a photo of Judge Zito? Really?

As of 3 pm Thursday, the judge's picture with the clown wig is still prominently displayed on Mezzacappa's WEFP blog. Underneath the picture it says: "This man should never be allowed in a robing room."

If she was actually sorry, she would have removed this evidence of her defiance and disrespect and would have issued Judge Zito an apology.

I would love to see her join Gregory behind bars.

  20. Watch your language and read the posting rules. Jim call's his member, "Big Jimbo," not that crude term you used. There are no oral histories to report. He's been dating one of the Palm sisters (or is it the other), fyi. And his tube socks can stand up by themselves now.

  22. He really must be having a mental breakdown. He has allowed Trish to post more nonsense on his FB page. Their combined actions and stupidity will keep Greggy in jail and send her on her way to the big house.

Do they have karaoke in prison?

Thursday nights at Champs is not the same without the sunshine!

  23. Hopefully the court shows some compassion and mercy for a 60 year old man. I doubt he wanted it to come to this.

Someone stated last week that Jim never wanted to hurt anyone.

    1. It's pretty clear that he's in jail precisely because he did Want to hurt people. On the basis of his jailhouse rant, It is pretty clear he is Still unwilling to accept responsibility

  24. I believe Jim wanted to go to prison. He clearly has financial issues and they're providing three hots and a cot at our expense. The diet seems to be suiting him, as he's lost a few lbs. He's still getting much needed public attention, via Trish. And all those fabulous men!

  31. I would like to draw attention to the Express/Times story about Jim Gregory on July 12.
http://www.lehighvalleylive.com/bethlehem/index.ssf/2013/07/bethlehem_mayoral_hopeful_rema.html In the comment section The E/T has deleted several comments, and censured several others. Those included references to T Mezz.

But a Brian Bond is posting about his PFA, and like Gregory, he attacks his victim. He blames "the scumbag mayor", the new boyfriend and his "friends in the Bethlehem Police Dept.", and ends it with " a woman "armed with a PFA to hide her infidelity and for her new beau's vendetta".

You would think after Gregory went to prison, Mr Bond would know better. And the lamestream media Express/Times should have a thicker skin with some posts. But they allow Brian Bond to violate his PFA. Please check it out!

  32. Trish was given a LTC permit even after Sheriff Miller was aware of the 2 references she listed and openly laughed about them. He made no attempt to contact Stoffa despite working in the same building. Now her permit was revoked based on these references. Sounds like the Sheriff failed to uphold his duty, but he is a butt buddy with Morgenelli so the deputy becomes the fall guy. Trish is not nuts and I believe Northampton County Crisis told both you and Stoffa the same. Fess up to what Stoffa did to have her permit revoked. This was none of his business, but he tried to manipulate department heads in helping him. County government has bigger issues to deal with, but because Trish only gave Johnny boy a "hard on" and nothing more, looks like he is taking this personal.

  33. anon 10:14 PM "Trish is not nuts" You my friend are delusional, and many other words used to describe enablers. If you aren't on drugs, you should be.

  34. Mezzacappa, Take your drug cocktail and go to bed.

  35. And Tricia, you should be committed.

  36. Jim will not be getting off tomorrow but the 3 guys standing over him will...

  37. This is cruel. Jim Gregory is not an animal. He is a good man who may have made a mistake.

He was a former President of Bethlehem city council as well as a former officer of the law. He is a well respected member of the community. Some of this is just haters hitting a guy when he is down. Will you laugh when Jim gets his justice in the end?

    ReplyDelete
  38. He might be getting his justice in the end right now.

    ReplyDelete
  39. @12:10 AM - Jim's ex-girlfriend, his mother and his sister are not animals either. He was cruel to them. Tricia was cruel to them. In this case justice for Jim is a jail term. Justice for Tricia is on the way.

  40. First, Jim is smarter than anyone in the prison including the staff, so no one will outsmart him.
Second, I doubt he has any fear. He is a skilled martial artist and isn't worried about any common prison toughs.

It will take a lot more than that to stop Mr. Gregory. I hope he can get to talk tomorrow about his case. I do wish they would allow him to wear a suit. I think the entire prison garb and shackles is a bit much for someone of Mr. Gregory's stature.

Seems a bit unfair and unnecessary. Why have his friends abandoned him?.

There's nothing like insulting the guards and challenging the other inmates to kick his ass.

    ReplyDelete
  42. He doesn't have any friends left because, like you, he doesn't listen to good advice and is poison to be associated with.

    ReplyDelete
  43. If this is indeed an actual conversation between these two it is apparent he is refusing to get the help he needs. When is he going to accept responsibility for his actions. PFA's, contempt of court, search warrants for possible illegal videotaping, etc. Does he even understand that he is in jail?! J-A-I-L! What part of that word does he not get. As to the 2:00 a.m. posting--I hope this was an attempt at humor?! Why would anyone want to be friends with someone who would do what he did to his ex and sister as well as disrespecting his Mother. At this point he probably deserves to serve the whole six months.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Welcome to the fuckin' show!

    ReplyDelete
  45. This isn't a case where you had a little too much to drink so you call a friend for a ride home. This isn't a case where you ask a friend to loan you a couple bucks because you forgot your wallet. This is a case where a woman beater batters his ex. This is a case where a brother hurts his sister. A case where his mother refuses to help him. Think of that. A mother refusing to help her own son. And you ask, Where are his so called firends? They are running for cover.
