Deegan: NorCo Council A Tad Too Generous

The Express Times' Jim Deegan claims that, if you need money, forget the Payday loan and head straight to Northampton County Council

His article is trying to be witty like a bill white, only difference is this clown does not get the whole picture, and since he has been at all the meetings and still does not get it, I have little faith in him being an unbiased reporter. Probably got his info from the t-party types running for council. Use the paper for what it was intended, lining for the bottom of the bird cage.

  5. Agree. We should keep spending money we don't have. Council chambers are looking a bit shabby, lately. Can't we spend a few grand on a refurb?

  6. This is a clueless county council. Despite their5 so-called ta party conservatism, they spend money like drunken sailors. they spend anything the executive asks for and then find more ways to spend.

    If they had just stood up to the County Executive a few times they could have helped to save millions. Instead they are leaving the cupboard bare.
