(3) By revocation of any form of pretrial release, or
the forfeiture of bail and the issuance of a bench warrant

defendant personally or was caused or encouraged to have been

He alaso at one point claims to be Tricia Mezzacappa, and states as her that she will testify that she has been posting those comments, under his direction.

I don't want to see him go to jail, though that is a possibility. I do want him to seek help, under court supervision.

ReplyDeleteIt's scheduled for 11 AM, Courtroom #4, Wednesday. So far as i know, it is a public proceeding. My concern about being there is I don't want it to be a circus, and my presence alone might contribute to that. On the other had, I am interested in seeing how this is handled.

According to Jim Gregory, He is innocent. Second chances are not an Entitlement Program. You must earn them. @ last count, jim now has 3 contempt of court violations?
He displays no remorse, nor contrition. He has already passed the point of second chances.
Will the County fire him after he is convicted?

All this other stuff and even the validity of the original PFA is not the issue, that is for a later date. the only legal issue is did or did manslab violate the PFA twice.

Clinton if Jim G goes to the county jail, will he be placed in protective custody because he is nearly a senior, has golden brown skin and is nearly hairless?

His real friends told him to chill weeks ago. He didn't and now hates them and will find out why they gave him good advice tomorrow. This young lady needs to follow through with this for her own safety as based on his talk of hiding pennies' and Ipads, he is out of control.

It is unlikely he will be in P.C., unless he requests it. I believe the Prison has a seperate housing unit for the over 40 crowd, as they tend to be less rowdy, than the youth.
A more likely senario would be Jim housed in "The Bubble" wearing a Turtle suit, for failure to adjust to institutional life (Psychiatric Observation Cell)
Your release date to go home will always be Wednesday.....wednesday let you go home. Get used to it.

I hope the courts as well as the police see everything he appears to be writing. He seems to be a desperate man at this point. I would like to see his family make an attempt to get him some help as soon as possible.

Between Tricia Mezzacappa's irresponsible behavior with Firearm's & Jim's flagrant disregard of the Law allowed to escalate, I expect bullet's will eventually fly.
It behooves D.A. Morganelli to have a consistent Message of Compliance with a Protection from Abuse Order. Otherwise, the example of behavior of Jim Gregory will be emulated by other criminals seeking to continue in delicto flangrante', abusing/intimidating their victim's.
Statistically, someone is bound to get shot eventually, ending their abuse. Preventable tragedy's are always the most painful to watch.
It is a dereliction of duty that the Northampton County Judiciary allows her abuser to continue unabated.
@ 5:35 Sounds like suicide ideations directed @ Jim's victim for her to commit suicide to prevent Jim's prosecution for abusing her.

ReplyDeleteThe outcome of this mornings hearing should be interesting. Things have quieted down quite a bit. If he had any sense left he would have retained a lawyer in the last 24 hours and taken a vow to not speak one word today. Of course this is highly unlikely. He probably will be off to jail. For how long is anyone's guess. His behavior is clearly getting worse and worse and he is not getting the much needed help he needs. He can't possibly think things are going to get better...
