Judge Beltrami dismissed the case.
Today, I sued Mezzacappa for an incessant torrent of libel extending over a period of several months. I might be the first to sue her, but am by no means her sole victim. She has also defamed West Easton officials, Easton Mayor Sal Panto, Easton police, Northampton County officials and developer Abe Atiyeh.
Both WFMZ-TV69 and The Express Times have excellent accounts.
Other than this announcement, I'll let my lawyer, Rick Orloski, do the talking. Now he is being victimized by Mezzacappa, too.
Amazingly, she's running for Delegate to the GOP Convention.

She doesn't get to go through life damaging people just because she is damaged. Could someone please tell her that she looks like a clown with all of the makeup she wears. I don't like being picly but as a woman she is a total embarrassment. In case you haven't figured it out yet, she hates men.

Of course, there are also county and Wilson school taxes. You will be welcomed by a grateful community, a hero to one and all.
P.S. It has the added advantage of being a short drive from the N.C. Courthouse.

Good for you Bernie. Let this be the lesson to anyone who maliciously and falsely goes after anyone. The law takes out these people 99.9% of the time. As it should be...a day in court with the Patricas of the world are a day worth waiting for. The destruction they leave in their wake can be devastating. At least we have our day in court.....The victim is the victimizer and the accused is the victim. That's a good day although sad it has to come to that. Everyone pays but the real issue is the one with the issues can no longer hide. No wonder they are and will always be alone. They are easy to spot and thank God for that. You just have to be aware enough or smart enough to keep your distance. There are usually very good reasons why some people are alone. You like it that way, but for some it can only be that way. So beware of loners.....maybe you will stay out of court.

You have publicly maligned her, as you have many other innocent people, with your hate blog. You make sure defamatory posts stay and posts with opposing points of view or more factual less hateful information and questions, disappear.
The judges don't live in a vacuum. They know lawyers games and that this is a travesty of the court system and our tax dollars.

ReplyDeleteThe law is defined by what a "reasonable person" would do. If an attorney tries to harass you into contacting your Insurance company for a quick payoff to get out of a nuisance suit and you tell him to "pound sand",the judge would applaud the reasonable action. Your threats are as meaningless as your contention this woman has hurt your "reputation".

As a woman I am both embarrassed and disturbed by much about Patrica. Bernie is a e lawyer turned blogger who works hard to make us aware of what is going on in our area and because of this he does ruffle some feathers. I get that, but he is who he is while P wears a mask much like this president. Spend a little time with both of them and you will not want to ever be around P again. She is all about herself while Bernie has an assortment of topics to speak about and hardly ever about himself. One looks like a clown while the other gets blamed for being one. 2:13, Since September, Mezzacappa has been making outrageous claims of criminal activity and worse against me. She was then joined by the Gracedale Goons, who participated in amd repeated these false accusations, as well as making some of their own. They hired an idiot lawyer who has engaged in blatant acts of both malicious prosecution and abuse of process. And they've all been encouraged by their blog mentor. There has been a concerted effort to ostracize me and deprive me of income bc my views are different.

Before this is over, I can think of several people who are going to be checking their homeowner policies. this will all lead to their cowardly blog mentor.
