Those Damn Otters Are At It Again

Right now, I'm waiting for the Commonwealth Court to dump Gracedale lawyer Larry Otter's gazillionth request for attorney fees. He must be hungry. According to a Brit news source, England's 10,000 otters are wreaking havoc in garden ponds, eating expensive koi carp. "They're killers," complains a beefeater.

I don;'t know about that, but last time he was in Easton, the Otter was caught diving in the Easton Circle fountain, looking for pennies.

Otters Smarters. What's the story here? "Allentown Managing Director Ken Bennington announces resignation."

  2. Q) How do Otters get into courthouses?

    A) Usually through foundation cracks and unsecured windows and doors.

  3. I think Bennington's sudden resignation is worth questioning.

  6. They won you lost. The people of Northampton County wanted Gracedale they beat out the Angle/Stoffa regime that wanted to dump Gracedale for a quick buck.

    Stop the lies.

  7. I received a notice from the Commonwealth Court that the matter will be reviewed on the briefs only
I assumed you received your copy also
(nice one sentence brief by the way from appellees--Bernie and Ron)
    no oral argument
we just have to sit and wait now

  8. I considered filing no brief at all. One sentence was all I needed. That's why they're called "briefs."
