Ella May's Southern Cuisine Comes to Easton's West Ward
According to Wanda, “We are so proud and thrilled to have opened a southern cuisine establishment in the West Ward neighborhood of Easton. The potential here (in Easton) was obvious to our family the moment we saw the location. We are here to stay, and we thank everyone for their continued support in making Ella May’s the place to enjoy hearty southern cuisine. Our recipes have been passed from generation to generation.”

Sounds like it might be worth the drive. You might want to look at the new Cherry Hill hotel
ReplyDeleteI understand Howard picked it up. His diner in Nazareth was the best!
ReplyDeleteI may die from happiness - the ability to get a decent biscuit in PA is right here!
ReplyDeleteWhee! :)
I'll have to try it some night soon.
ReplyDeleteI thought Kyle Kostenbader and his wife got Cherry Hill. Is Howard the silent money?
ReplyDeleteMeanwhile, I wish the ladies in West Ward well. As a 'Bama boy, southern cooking is always welcome.
Howard's in the mix.
ReplyDeleteThe restaurant is great! They give a very generous portion and the Mac and cheese is too good! They also have ginger beer which I can't find anywhere around Easton as good as this . Keep up the good work.
ReplyDeleteI will definately be back and bring the family!
