There Will Be a Big BM Tonight!

Most local television is about as entertaining as watching paint dry. But tonight's Business Matters, which will air on WFMZ-TV69 at 8 PM, was so wild that The Morning Call did a story about it last Sunday.

Naturally, it's all about Graceland.

I went after the Fake Rev. and got him.

This charlatan refers to me as a "dipso" on his "I love Jesus" blog, and claims the "light of Jesus" will expose us all. Apparently, they were all "set up" to act like assholes by Mike Schlossberg, who produces the show and was actually screaming at them to be quiet.

Updated 10:45 AM: Bethlehem Dem Party Boss Jim Schlener touts Business Matters show. - In a mass email, Schlener tells the party faithful to tune in.

Please tune in tomorrow at 8pm on channel 69 (Business Matters) to see a debate on the sell [sic] of Gracedale !!!

Ron Angle & Bernie O'Hare are off the chart !!!

Please watch this and let your neighbors, friends, family, co-workers know about this !!!

Your grand-parents, parents, you, your other half, your children's future will be affected if these right wing nut jobs get there [sic] way and sell gracedale!

Please watch and spread the word!

James Schlener - Chair
Bethlehem City Democratic Committee
610.217.5123
By all means, tune in. Schlener also happens to be a VO of the LV Labor Council.

I'd like to call you a

    douche bag

    but I won't

    ReplyDelete
  3. Yeah, it was that damn producer, an Allentown Democrat who would be inclined to support Graceland.

  4. i like mike. mike is a friend of mine. mike couldn't "set up" an infant. not in his nature.

  5. I think Allentown is in Lehigh Count

    And he did do it

how about telling the truth for once

Mike told the people to yell out because that is how the program works

anyone who has ever watched it knows this is not true

    you lie

  6. and according to YOUR statements DEMOCRATS SIGNED THE PETITION SO THEY COULD VOTE TO SELL THE PLACE

again with the short term memory loss

maybe Alzheimers is setting in on you
maybe you'll need the place sooner than later

  7. I find it offensive that Iannelli continues to promote a known anti-Semite and bigot by the name of Ron Angle.

the Lehigh Valley Chamber obviously doesn't care much about it's image with minorities and sane folks.

    ReplyDelete
  8. I've been told by a good number of people that the Lehigh Valley Chamber is VERY Liberal to the point of being thugs.

I'm surprised that Jim Schlener is so concerned over Gracedale. Although, I feel that he should be much more upset about the educators who failed to teach him grammar and the proper spelling of words. I wonder how Democrats would feel to learn that he publicly supported Callahan for Congress but behind closed doors bad mouthed him to the point of it being uncomfortable to those present. John Callahan wasn't Liberal enough for Jim.

Either way I'll be watching for the entertainment value. I just have to make sure that there aren't any special editing tricks in there to make Bernie look like he's walking on water.

  9. The truth is the COAF group was set up by Mike and the other fellow there very words were
" have you ever watched the show "?
Well if you don't agree with anything that is said just yell out and let them know up there tell them what you think.
We should have know better, but what we said was the truth that is more than you can say Bernie you were proven wrong in the courts.
But to make you and Ron look good they had to do something on the sly. I will remain anonymous only because I don't want to listen to your crap.
    Have a good night.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Bernie, you accused them of election fraud, bad signatures.
Turned out you were proven wrong by the judges more than once.
That made you look like a fool that you are .You are always running people down time to look in the mirror.
Great show but no facts brought out
    better luck next time.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Actually, judges invalidated 2,700 signatures and I believe Judge Baratta should have invalidated many more.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Well Well Well
it seems we have a tie however the tiebreaker goes to our host. Yes he succeeded in making asses out of the COAF people. However Bernie made an ass of himself with the fake preacher bashing/signature storyline. I guess he is taken with the FOXnews approach, you know if you tell a lie enough times it becomes fact. The accused multi signator explained her side very well. Mario should be applauded that he didn't bitch slap you. The fact that it did not advance the topic was disappointing. Bernie will now go down as a bullying asshole, while the COAF will just apopear to be the vanilla or should I say chocolate variety. And why were you shaking? Was it because you thought someone was going to clock you, or did you need a drink?
I say a little of both.
    sign your initials
    BA from now on
    no longer BO

  13. What the COAF people failed to recognize; Jerry Green did. The COAF people played right into their own trap. And even Rev. Martinez was dumb enough to acknowledge and agree that Ron Angle's plan looks good. This show made Angle look like a gent. Angle came out smelling like a rose. HA!

    ReplyDelete
  14. Sure Angle looked good, he had Bernie do his dirty work as usual after all Ron has to look good for the election. If only he would tell the truth about the taxes and stop scaring the people with that.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Angle and Gerry Green looked good. I was there for one and only one reason - to stop the incessant demagoguery of the Fake Rev, and I succeeded.

He does not represent 23,000 or even 20 people. His constant reference to himself as a "Reverend" is insulting to the many clerics I know who devote years of study before being ordained. This phony preacher had no answer to his cooked up ordination or his references to Angle as Satan.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Bernie you looked bad attacking him even if he is guilty of not going to some sort of religion school. Look at it objectivly not as your own biggest fan. You appeared to be attacking someones religion, none stop attacking. That turns people off and makes them gravitate to a perceived victim. That is what people will take away from your tirade. You appeared a petty little man.

    BTW

    What seminary did Jesus attend?

    ReplyDelete
  17. I was a prick and intended to be a prick. I am offended whenever someone holds himself out as an ordained minister and actually solicits money, as the Fake Rev does, with absolutely no training. I set out to expose him and succeeded. I don't care how that looks to you. And I did not unload in this little demagogue until he opened his mouth and inserted his foot in it several times. People like him, who claim to represent people they do not represent, are very dangerous.

    ReplyDelete
  18. What about the many clerics that devote years of study before being ordained, in an effort to get close to children for perverted reasons? Are they men of God while the fake rev isn't? And who are you to set the bar, the criteria of achieving Nirvana. Are you some sort of saint, have you been engaged to write the rule book? You will be fortunate if there is no God , very fortunate. They tried that happy horsecrap back in Jesus' day, and according to some accounts it didn't bode very well.

  19. Anon 10:22 PM,

Are you implying because Jesus didn't attend a seminary, neither does anyone else? W~O~W!

Jesus is the Church. Jesus had one body but two natures. He was truly man and truly Divine. He had three types of knowledge - human, infused, and Divine.

If a person just sits in on ten minutes of a Christology class, that person would, at the very least, walk away with the impression that Jesus Christ was different from a mere mortal human being.

There are so many things about Jesus that cannot be explained. But there is one thing that is definite - man's human fralities in no way can be compared to His fullness of knowledge of Himself. Thus, Jesus didn't need a seminary. He is the Church (and Seminary.) Man needs to learn about more about Him. Then, one and another will not go around perversing Him or The Word of God.

    Peace be with you, ~~~alex+

  21. I do not think that years of education and study make you more holy, but they do tend to educate you and it is less likely that a person with an education will be morally depraved than someone with none. The Fake Rev assumes anyone who disagrees with him must be Satan, for starters. Over the years, there have been far more fake preachers who take advantage of people than real ministers, rabbis and priests. I see it all the time.

Jesus never had to walk around claiming to be a preacher or referring to himself as "Reverend." His followers did it, calling him Rabbi. It was obvious. In the Fake Rev's case, it is obvious that he is no preacher at all, but a demagogue who claims to represent people who don't even know him.

I have seen genuinely holy people, who need no education or training. The Fake Rev is a mean-spirited and hateful person whose chief attribute is to hurl invective and outright lies.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Bernie you looked like a cadaver on BM tonight. Did they apply your makeup with a paint roller? The fake rev looked just as bad. Like they used spackling compound on his phony mug. The peanut gallery was a hoot with the Gracedale mob in full force featuring Jabba the Hutt in the front row looking sharp in his NAPA cap. The show was worse than last night's Wrestlemania. Tony I'Amjelly attempting to "moderate" a 4 ring circus. "Business Matters"??? What a misnomer. More like "Nonsense Matters." I'll give big props to Jerry Green, who was gracious and actually made sense, and even Ron Angle. But you and the rev were bouncing off the walls. Both should be committed to the same padded cell. Either that or you and Jabba engage in a sumo smackdown for pay-per-view.

  23. Gerry was good, Ron was good, I was a prick, and intended to be a prick. I wanted to expose the Fake Rev and did so.

  24. Jesus is the church?
Lets ask the Jews, the Hindis, the Buddists, the Muslims' the Shinto, and me. Do not assume all follow your version of religion. According to Christians this man was the Son of God. That is not what other religions preach. Some like the Jews and Muslims bestow him prophet status, most do not recognize him at all. Mario is free to call himself whatever he likes it is not part of the Gracedale argument to bash his beliefs. You erred Bernie, to bad you had an opportunity to plead your case and you squandered it.
Heres one for you religious scholars
    PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH

  25. Anon 11:43 PM,

"Jews, the Hindis, the Buddists, the Muslims' the Shinto" don't practice Christianity. You have to be a Christian. Therefore, they are not part of the Christian Church that was establish by Jesus Christ. They call their places of worship another name, but not churches.

The Mystical Body of Christ is the Church established by Jesus. It is extension of Him through what He left us in the Sacraments/Mysteries.

By your insistence of allegedly demonstrating my faults of not being tolerant of others; you are not being tolerant of me and my faith. I have afforded you respect. I am willing to listen, but please read what I have written. And allow yourself to the opportunity to open your mind. I intend you no harm. I just do not care for the perversion of my Lord and Savior's Good Name.

    Peace be with you, ~~~alex+

  27. Sorry Bernie....the show was a joke! I was hoping to find out some information and all I saw was name calling by you. Not sure why you think possibly exposing a "fake reverend" had anything to do with the issue of Gracedale. VERY DISSAPPOINTED in what I thought might be an informational show that constantly had the topic changed by you. If I had to rate sides during that show.....I would have to go with "Pro Gracedale" and no sale because I felt the issues on the Angle/O'hare side truly lost focus and became a personal attack constantly on Mr. Martinez which was a BIG turnoff!

    Dissappointed in Northampton County

  32. Comments posted by Henry Schaadt, who calls himself River, will be deleted. I know he will just post anonymously, but whatever he posts using his own name will be deleted. A few weeks ago, he began sending me pictures of dead Nazis. A person like that is sick and deserves no platform here or anywhere.

  35. Why dead Nazis?
Is he trying to scare you?
I saw one of those CSI shows where some guy was nuts and went to a cemetary and took a picture of a tombstone with the last name of his victim on it, he sent it to her and ended up getting caught. (After he killed her). If he starts sending rest in peace Ohare pictures I'd worry.
Until then maybe it is a compliment to send dead Nazi pictures where he comes from, probably not, but it could be though.
