Gracedale: The Threats Begin

At the anonymous hate blog sponsored by the Gracedale Goons, the menacing remarks have now begun.
Time To Take The Gloves Off
The Tyrant got tired of all the lefts so he took off his gloves, he's now begging for a right...and he will get it, along with some other combinations. Unfortunately for him, we will take our gloves off too, and we are more effective without the them.

You know, God is on their side. If this is what they're writing, what are they saying? Angle has been warned, and a link to their post has been forwarded to the Sheriff.
Updated 9:51 AM: I thought that all this "incivility" only comes from right-wing maniacs. Isn't that what Dem Party Bossman Walt Garvin and Gloria McVeigh were trying to tell Bethlehem City Council?

  1. Bernie,

Has it ever been established who the author or contributors of that blog may be?

These authors/contributors do not speak for the all of people. I don't think they realize how many people, their behavior are turning off and away from supporting and keeping Gracedale in the County's hands. That blog is truly marginalizing themselves as fanatics.

Again, they do not speak for all of the people.

    Peace, ~~~alex+

  2. I do believe that the Fake Rev, Mario Martinez, is the author or is very familiar with the author.

    * Whenever he takes a picture, it appears there within hours.

    * He is the only person identified as the author of several posts.

    * When he makes a statement to Council, it is reported there verbatim, with the same syntax and style used at Council meetings.

But maybe the author is Jesus.

  3. Bernie,

The author is not Divinely inspired. And the author isn't Jesus!

I just can't believe that such a thing would escalate into such behavior, especially in today's atmosphere of being charged and aware of any type of threatening behavior.

    I pray for conversions.

    Peace, ~~~alex+

  4. oh please ..... surely you jest ...

  5. Why would anyone minimize such behavior? God forbid, anything happens. Doesn't one have a right to feel safe?

Why even make a threat at all? What is its purpose?

So instead, I am the one with the problem? Not the person who is exhibiting threatening behavior? Is that correct?

    Peace be with you, ~~~alex+

  6. That's the way they roll, Fr. Alex. For pointing out their wrongdoing - whether it is cursing in front of scouts, threatening remarks or the illegal circulation of campaign material - you will be knocked around.

    ReplyDelete
  7. you can't be serious ... this is just posturing and gloating and you know it .. nobody threatned you ..

    ReplyDelete
  8. I was not threatened, but the language of violence was just used to try to intimidate an elected official.

"he's now begging for a right...and he will get it, along with some other combinations"

I have seen your group ignore the law with impunity, from circulating election petitions for partisan candidates on county grounds to cursing in front of kids. It's only prudent to be concerned about your next move, especially when you start making threatening remarks.

  9. "...and he will get it, along with some other combinations. Unfortunately for him, we will take our gloves off too, and we are more effective without the them."

Anon 10:45: The above isn't threatening?! There is no other way to interpret it! And it's not a comment - it's an actual blog post. A short, to the point, blog post that clearly threatens O'Hare.

The entire SPG blog smacks of insanity, quite frankly. The writer really does think God is on his side! The rambling rhetoric is over the top, contradictive, and unnecessarily combative. Whomever is writing this certainly cannot contribute to a serious, productive discussion on the matter. I think it's entirely appropriate that link was forwarded to the sheriff.

For folks that support keeping Gracedale in county hands, I would highly recommend finding a different leader. The cause is certainly worthy in the eyes of many, but not the guy writing SPG.

  10. Angle has made many threats himself, and no one is running the Sheriff.

It is clear Angle makes threats because he thinks it will get things done. I guess it is only ok if he does it!!

How is by saying "he is asking for a right" a threat? A right what? Turn, wing, answer, solution?

And other combination....what combination, a meal combo from McDonalds? Many things come in many combination's. Let's not try to make this something it is not.

  11. Anon 11:15 am,

I never insulted your intelligence, please don't insult mine.

    Peace, ~~~alex+

  12. Your first link is a threat by Angle to step down as Council Prez. Your second link is a threat by Angle to sue the casino board.

Neither of these contains the language of violence or can be perceived in any way as a physical threat against anyone. Your analogy is nonsensical.

The blog posted on that hate site is an obvious reference to violence and is directed at Angle. As Monkey Momma points out, the entire blog smacks of insanity. Putting it in the best possible light for you, it is a poor choice of words.

  13. I prefer not to go to the "other" blog, as I believe the fake rev is no better that the fake Fr Alex.

I think you are trying to make more of something than what it is.

    ReplyDelete
  14. I think you are trying to minimize their bad behavior, and insult someone who actually is in a seminary.

  15. Anon 11:34 AM,

    Thank you for the compliment.

I am just a lowly servant. No better than anyone else.

Pray for me, please. Be assured of my prayers for you.

    Peace be with you, ~~~alex+

  16. That group kind of brings to mind the statement Gandhi made:

"I like your Christ, I do not like your Christians. Your Christians are so unlike your Christ."

Makes you wonder if they have even picked up a bible, let alone read one.

    ReplyDelete
  17. No prayers needed, I merely heard a boxing reference. Bernie calls it a threat for a blog topic.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Severson's threatening to stab people in church. Kanjorski calls for gubernatorial candidates to be shot. The lefty reverend with vending machine credentials calls for operating outside the bounds of fairness and legality in a thinly veiled, grammatically challenged threat. With compassion like this ....

    ReplyDelete
  19. I think this is a threat and the person who said should be jailed

"You bring a knife to the fight
    I'll bring a gun"

    Didn't Obama say that?

then we have according to Ron

"no "colored" guy will be president for 50 years because of Obama"

    as stated on Business Matters

    the term

    PIECE OF WORK
comes to mind with that statement

    see everyone says dumb stuff

some say more dumb stuff than others

  20. Not sure what is worse, a fake rev or a disbarred drunk, i would take the Rev.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Bernie, the truth is that these people, at the first drop of real fisticuffs, are the ones who would say, i'll sue, cry, or run for the police...

It is quite amusing however...and far from threatening...

This 28 year old Irishman has your back!

    ReplyDelete
  22. If the fake rev and his ilk want a fight from me, they'll surely get one. I'll show up and vote with all of the same people who clubbed this faker and his band of thugs at the ballot box. That's how we roll.

    ReplyDelete
  23. The only person who tried to bring a gun to a meeting was Angle. He tried to bring it to a Mt. Bethel meeting to intimidate the late Ivan Nusic. The local police chief convinced Angle that he was being a stupid ass again and to not wear his gun.

The only ignorant people here are Angle and O'Hare.

The so-called threats are one of the many delusions of O'Hare alcohol riddled brain.

Angle and O'Hare, you are the perfect couple. Crazy and crazier.

Maybe Father Alex would do better to pray for himself as a frequent contributor to the rancor in this hate blog. No one else wants this pretend priest's prayers.

    ReplyDelete
  24. It is amazing to me how many "brave, moralistic, god driven" souls hide behind the anonymous symbol. Obviously, most sane people can look at Bernie as a successful recovering alcoholic and admire his willingness to admit his weakness and overcome it.
As a guy with similar problems, I admire him. I, too, have problems with Ron Angles' outspokeness, but generally he is correct in his assumptions as far as county dealings go. His personal dealings I have a problem with.

Now to the point, these "save Gracedale" advocates leave something to be desired in the fact department, but are strong in the bullshit department.

  25. Anon 8:51 PM,

Thank you. But may I ask you a few questions? (I wish I knew your name - therefore, I could give you the proper dignity that you deserve by addressing you by name.) Since I can't contact you directly, I'll just post them here:

How do you know whether or not, "No one else wants this pretend priest's prayers."? And when you reference "the pretend priest," I'll assume that you are talking about me...

It is funny how this keeps happening - claiming to speak for the masses/people/majority, again.

Because, last time someone claimed to be representing the masses (and representing them anonymously), we ended up here. I would hate for this to escalate any further.

Therefore, I ask for your prayers. Be assured of mine.

    Peace be with you, ~~~alex+

  28. Why on earth are you attacking Alex?

Anon 8:51 is the one that's way off base here.

I suggest you take the time to examine the personalities here and not rush to snap judgments.

We really need to sell programs with the list of characters defined.

  29. Mr. Coker,

My name is Alex Joseph. I am a Catholic Seminarian. I sign my posts. And if you click on the Sanctifying Grace link, you'll be directed to my blogger page.

I am a former Northampton County parole officer, a former Northampton County D.R.S. employee, a former barber at Gracedale, and was partners in a privately owed barbershop.

Since you seem to be friends with Mr. O'Hare, please feel free to speak to Bernie about me. I have nothing to hide.

If you don't like how I write, I am sorry. But this is a real person and this is really how I live my life. Sorry if I don't meet your expectations. But I will still pray for you.

    Peace be with you, ~~~alex+

you know I'm with you on the larger issue. I read the offending post, and it's really nothing more than hyperbole. the "take the gloves off" metaphor is no worse than Ron's own "i'm here to stack bodybags" statement of several years ago.
