Are You Ready For Another BM?

I've told you before about my latest, and probably last, trip to WMFZ-TV 69's Business Matters. I was there to do a show pitting one bottom feeding blogger against three "real" journalists. They never had a chance. You see, before my show, I got all fired up watching Ron Angle and Michelle Young as a tag team against Mike Schlossberg and Jude Denis. (See video here). Many people died.

Tonight, if you're interested in an intelligent discussion of the New Media's impact on journalism, you won't find it on Channel 69. But if you tune in at 8 PM, you can see me kick the shit out of Express Times Editor-in-Chief Joe Owens and Morning Call Highbrow Jon Micek about their lousy election coverage.

I also do a Jake Towne impersonation.

Now Owens has deluded himself that he came out on top, and he did make a comeback, but Angle gave me the match on points.

Micek just ran out of there and headed back to the land of midnight payraises, where everyone is in love and he only has to talk to politicians.

If you see it, let me know who won.

  1. Are you pimping for Iannelli now that he has Angle on his show all the time?

  5. I hope you put those denizens of the Fifth Estate in their place, Bernie. A pox on their presses!

  6. Loser is a term you are familiar with, hence, you lost.

  7. My God O'Hare I saw the show and you were Nutz. Trying to out do Angle. I see he bought you a sport coat and tie. You made an ass out of yourself.

It was funny to see that Eve Tannery lady from 69 sitting as far away from you as possible. Every time you spoke you could see the look of disgust and disbelief on her face.

You must have scared the Hell out of her. She is no doubt damaged for life by having to be near you.

  8. Watched the show as well. Ianelli was a kinetic maniac, flailing his arms around every time he asked a question. He resembled an Italian traffic cop on Red Bull. Bernie, you were lucky he didn't knock you out. And who taught you and Owens how to tie a tie? Yours was too short and his too long. Hmmm...

  9. O'Hare you stole the show. The print media is about 20 years behind the time. I'm surprised they have reported the final results from the election. Their websites are useless and they don't cover anything locally worth a damn.

    Keep giving them hell!

  10. Ms. Tannery avoided O'Hare like a bad skin condition.
