John Morganelli Only Interested in the Law

His laughable claim that Angle's appeal is moot demonstrates he has no interest in establishing precedent, and is justifiably concerned that a neutral judicial body will overturn Senior Judge Michael Franciosa's bizarre decision to disenfranchise the Slate Belt.

  3. Governor Corbett will investigate Morganelli and all his sleazy dealings and associations. The guy is an ethical oil slick and a dream for an aggressive state prosecutor.

  4. You notice how Morganelli spends a lot of time denying his political motives.

  5. The Slate Belt already is irrelevant.

  6. Ahh, the elitism and snobbery from Morganelli is palpable. It would be outrageous to make a disparaging remark about blacks or Hispanics, but it is apparently socially acceptable to demean residents of an economically depressed area for living there. But in all cases, you are dealing with prejudice.

  8. "Governor Corbett will investigate Morganelli and all his sleazy dealings and associations. The guy is an ethical oil slick and a dream for an aggressive state prosecutor."

Corbett has had 6 years to do so and Morganelli is still DA. This tells me that either Morganelli is clean or Corbett is a lazy hack that doesn't know what is going on in his office.

  9. Well, I can tell you that Corbett was awful bsy last year prosecuting cases that Morganelli refused to touch. He refused to lifet a finger when an Easton lawyer was being slimed by a political consultant. It turs ot that it was Morganelli's olitical consultant, who now ghas a felony conviction for deceptive campaign practices.

Morganelli allowed this guy to prey on people for over twenty years.

  10. Can we, the hated Slate Belt, leave Northampton County and merge with Monroe? Our tax dollars are good enough but we are not.

  11. The Slate Belt is economically depressed? Have you seen some of the properties I can't dream of affording in the boros and in Plainfield? They contribute more in county taxes than the coveting, bigoted leeches in the cities of this county. I'm with defecting to Monroe. Easton and parts of Bethlehem are debt and crime ridden sewers. Paying for those morons' idiotic decisions has grown very old.

  16. 3 AM Troll,

If you want to personally attack one of my readers, you're going to have to identify yourself, and not by calling yourself "Tim." You're going to have to admit that you are a former Reibman admin official who got very upset wehen Stoffa cut off your unemployment.
