Father Alex' Father

No, I'm not talking about his heavenly Father, but the one down here. He underwent open heart surgery yesterday, but is doing well. Fr. Alex is actually still a seminarian, but came home to be with his dad.

If you have connections above, please put a good word in for Alex' dad. I have my own set of contacts, but they're all below.

  4. Thank you for all the warm wishes and prayers. He was thrilled to see so many people pulling for him. Although, I don't think that he understands the concept of a blog. He was still thrilled for all the well wishers.

All of you are always in my prayers. May God be with you. Thanks, again.

And Bernie, sorry I couldn't catch up with you. Things were pretty demanding at the hospital and home. Maybe next time. Back in D.C. now.

    Peace be with you, ~~Alex

You own views are appreciated, especially if they differ from mine. But remember, commenting is a privilege, not a right. I will delete personal attacks or off-topic remarks at my discretion. Comments that play into the tribalism that has consumed this nation will be declined. So will comments alleging voter fraud unless backed up by concrete evidence. If you attack someone personally, I expect you to identify yourself. I will delete criticisms of my comment policy, vulgarities, cut-and-paste jobs from other sources and any suggestion of violence towards anyone. I will also delete sweeping generalizations about mainstream parties or ideologies, i.e. identity politics. My decisions on these matters are made on a case by case basis, and may be affected by my mood that day, my access to the blog at the time the comment was made or other information that isn’t readily apparent.
