Didn't Chrin Say He'd Fund Tatamy Interchange Himself?

It's bad enough that what little is left of the LV's rural charm is being destroyed by someone who already owns half of Northampton County and whose sole motivation is greed. Now comes word that we could end up paying for it, too. That Interchange, incidentally, was originally part of Glenn Reibman's megabond.

  1. I like to know how Rep Freeman feels.

Does this area assess traffic impact fees on new development? LMT was late getting theirs enacted and the taxpayer were forced to pay for needed improvements that resulted from new development.

  2. It appears Chrin and his lawyers are buffoons.

  3. This should come as no surprise to anyone who has paid attention to Chrin's track record. He makes promise after promise, only to break them.

  4. Perhaps charm is overrated.

Ask Molovinsky about his Parks' natural charm in the city.

  6. Still no sob stories for Chile?

    What, with all the looting?

And after all the compassion and love for Haiti on display here.

Was the compassion and love for Haiti fake?

    Was it phony?

Where is the compassion and love for Chile?

Not even a little sob story?

    I feel so letdown.

  8. Twelve hours have gone by and not a peep from smart growth advocates. Where are the cries about sprawl, detraction from the cities, more asphalt = more traffic, congestion is not that bad so live with it, etc.

Is there a Regional bias when it comes to investment in transportation infrastructure?

  9. And if Charles Chrin does in fact get money from our Government, will he have to put this out to public bid? Will he pay prevailing wage???? In Chrin world...probably NOT!
