You own views are appreciated, especially if they differ from mine. But remember, commenting is a privilege, not a right. I will delete personal attacks or off-topic remarks at my discretion. Comments that play into the tribalism that has consumed this nation will be declined. So will comments alleging voter fraud unless backed up by concrete evidence. If you attack someone personally, I expect you to identify yourself. I will delete criticisms of my comment policy, vulgarities, cut-and-paste jobs from other sources and any suggestion of violence towards anyone. I will also delete sweeping generalizations about mainstream parties or ideologies, i.e. identity politics. My decisions on these matters are made on a case by case basis, and may be affected by my mood that day, my access to the blog at the time the comment was made or other information that isn’t readily apparent.
Will Shel get a close-up?
ReplyDeleteThanks for the update.
ReplyDeleteNow I know when the proper time to go watch paint dry.
I have heard enough Obama speeches to last a lifetime.
Is the Messiah EVER going to stop flying all over the world and actually stay in his office and do some real work - like create a real job that is NOT a government job?
Maybe LVCI can tell us exactly how many air miles Obama has racked up in just 11 short months compared to that of his predecessors...
Give him a free Channel 39 umbrella.
ReplyDeleteTickle me, Barack.
ReplyDeleteAnon 2:19- SPOT ON BROTHER!
ReplyDeleteHe thinks he's earning frequent flier miles on Air Force One.
Maybe he can answer a few telethon calls for 39. For a $50 pledge you will be given a limited-edition Obama "Chia Head". For a $100 pledge add a "Where in the World is Barry Obama?" video game. Pledge $200 and you will receive a stimulus grant to build a homeless shelter OR an autographed photo of Amy Burkett dressed up as Cat Woman. Choices, choices...
Poor Barrack Hussein Obama.
ReplyDeleteThe smartest and greatest President ever.
Maybe it was not such a good idea to go around trash talking America and, more importantly, Americans at every opportunity.
Boring...

Hey 12:59 Shel is long gone. The place is run by the lesbo's now.
ReplyDeleteAnon 8:17, Please refrain from comments that disparage people who have different lifestyles. I consider your remark inappropriate and you leave me no choice but to delete it.
ReplyDeleteSince when is the term "lesbo" short for "lesbian" a disparging term. You are only displaying your own prejudice.
ReplyDeleteI believe someone's lifestyle is irrelevant to this post or Obama. You are providing information with which you hope to inflame people. I also think your term is disparaging that lifestlye. Maybe I'm wrong, but it's my blog and my name.

ReplyDeleteNobody knows either Bush's or Obama's BUT I sure can provide unbiased info.. Drudge, NY Post report Obamas' NYC trip cost, ignore Bush's Crawford vacations
Now I challenge you and brethren such as your self to find ONE.. just ONE thing Obama ever did or will do that you won't bash.
I'm not an apologist for the man, but I feel like one for constantly feeling I'm being pressured to provide unbiased information.

ReplyDeleteSince you mentioned his predecessor, GWB spent 40% of his time outside the Whitehouse. This did not include flying 4 to 5 times a week to deliver his 1:00 PM addresses in various place.
So answer to your question probably is NO. He most likely will do what his predecessors have done.
Whether that's a good thing would be game for fair argument. The comparisons not.
