Voter Intimidation in Philly?

Two supposed black panthers, one of whom brandishes a nightstick, claim they are "tired of white supremacy." Actually, their presence outside the polls intimidates all voters.

  2. Goes to show that there are extremist fringes on both sides of "identity politics". I guess the only hypocrisy is that you probably will not see this on the evening news. However, if it were two neo-nazi skinheads, in "uniform" standing outside a polling station with a nightstick a.) police would be there, and b.) it would be on the evening news.

having said that, I am glad to have cast my color-blind vote for the team best for America at this time.....Obama. But I also split my ticket and voted Dent for Congress.

  6. Anon 6:55 - you're gonna have 4 years of pain beginning this evening. Perhaps when you come out the other end of that tunnel you'll be able to think straight once again.

haha yeah and in 4 years the same people who are in poverty now, will be in poverty then. The only difference being is that the indolent and indifferent will be rewarded with your money too, not just mine.

The same enemies who hate the US now, will hate us then.

The only difference in this area will the the increase in orders from the Acme White Flag Company.

On the plus side, the same economy that as has grown from a 9.8 trillion GDP to a 14 trillion GDP under Bush will likely have grown again. Funny how you never see that stat on the news. Funny how the market perked up nicely today too.

Before/After on the BHO tax increase plan: Feb. 1. "I did the math and looked at the numbers and things are worse than I thought." Luckily, he'll have his MSM Tiger Beat fan club to cover for him.

You own views are appreciated, especially if they differ from mine. But remember, commenting is a privilege, not a right. I will delete personal attacks or off-topic remarks at my discretion. Comments that play into the tribalism that has consumed this nation will be declined. So will comments alleging voter fraud unless backed up by concrete evidence. If you attack someone personally, I expect you to identify yourself. I will delete criticisms of my comment policy, vulgarities, cut-and-paste jobs from other sources and any suggestion of violence towards anyone. I will also delete sweeping generalizations about mainstream parties or ideologies, i.e. identity politics. My decisions on these matters are made on a case by case basis, and may be affected by my mood that day, my access to the blog at the time the comment was made or other information that isn’t readily apparent.
