Who'd Like a Holiday Kitty?

A friend has four of these little cuties. "These rascals are priced to go! If we can’t beat our competitor’s price you can just have the kitten! No really, take 2! Remember, nothing makes a better Holiday Gift than a cute pet!"

If interested, drop me an email - BOHare5948@aol.com.

  1. Bernie,

I have a super recipe for kittens stuffed with crabmeat.

If you're real nice to me, I won't post it here.

  3. Demothug, a feline gave me blood poisoning a few years ago and very nearly killed me. Does that improve your view?

  5. Just a note from a friendly animal welfare activist. Make sure you don't give them to someone who breeds snakes. They like to feed them kittens..Happy Turkey day!

  6. As someone who is studying to be a veterinary technician, you have me a bit upset with this posting.

I know that you ment well, but pets should never be offered for free. That's when people with bad intentions come out of the wood work and promise to give them a good home. What actually happens, they get fed to snakes, used for animal sacrifice and other horrible things.

Pets are a lifetime comimient, mainly the life of the pet and should never be given as a gift, unless you are giving it to yourself. Espeically NEVER give a animal to a kid as a gift. We all know how excited most kids are with the toys they get at the holdiays-until they get bored. That is why are shelters are bursting with too many animals that need homes and end up euthanized.

  7. Tom & LST,

Geez, I don't know anyone who engages in animal sacrifice. Angle occasionally will sacrifice a human, but never a pet. If someone responds, I'll be very careful.

I've given two pets as gifts in my lifetime to people who really wanted them and were prepared to take care of them. In both cases, it was a success.

People get a bit goofy when it comes to animals. They get so worked up over what might happen that they forget why pets are here to begin with.

Some lady at a rescue agency once refused to let me adopt a frckin' cat. She didn't like the way I looked. Probably shouldn't have been wearing that pentagram.

  8. Ha ha ha ha, what are you doing to that cat? It has a "NOT Bernie O'Hare Look!"

I've seen this look in some elected officials to know it.

  10. some of the "people" here sound like the thugs that beat up the baby goats with baseball bats that were family pets of a family in Williams Township 2 years ago. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
