Twenty-three

23. A friend asked me to publish this stark post. What the hell does it mean? I'll explain in due course. I'll give you one hint - it's a prediction.

  2. I think you are either referring to how many seats the Dems win in Congress or how many they win in the Pa legislature. Either way, the course of our state and country will significantly change in January

  3. Damn! I thought I was being pretty mysterious. Yeah, my friend thinks we'll pick up 23 seats in the US House. He suggested a post that just says 23. I had to add something so I didn't look like a complete idiot. My own prediction is somewhere around 18 to 21 seats, enough for a very slight majority.

The state house is far more important because the state house really needs to be swept clean. I think there we'll only have a 1 or 2 seat majority after the election.

Of course you know what these predictions are worth.

  4. Either that or he's watching the new Dr. Pepper ad.

  5. 17? Your husband told me that is your age.

  6. DemFly, I'm 55. Add 23 to that and you get my perceived age.
