Houser lost 2 (TWO) elections for mayor this year. If he would come to the council meetings, he would know there is a tentative budget. It has been discussed for over a month. There is a method to pay for it. And there is NO tax increase. <br /><br />It's good to note that Houser supported the Brown/Allen budgets during his time on council.
