Pennsylvania's General Assembly has done it again. It has failed to adopt a budget by the June 30 deadline. In fact, the state senate has actually recessed until next week. Since 2015, the state budget has been late 9 times. The last budget was adopted 135 days late.

You own views are appreciated, especially if they differ from mine. But remember, commenting is a privilege, not a right. I will delete personal attacks or off-topic remarks at my discretion. Comments that play into the tribalism that has consumed this nation will be declined. So will comments alleging voter fraud unless backed up by concrete evidence. If you attack someone personally, I expect you to identify yourself. I will delete criticisms of my comment policy, vulgarities, cut-and-paste jobs from other sources and any suggestion of violence towards anyone. I will also delete sweeping generalizations about mainstream parties or ideologies, i.e. identity politics. My decisions on these matters are made on a case by case basis, and may be affected by my mood that day, my access to the blog at the time the comment was made or other information that isn’t readily apparent.

ReplyDeleteRepublican effort to embarrass Shapiro
ReplyDeleteNo effort needed. He's a walking talking embarrassment. I wish he'd run for president. The national party will eviscerate him. And you know exactly why.
DeleteShapiro and Brown are in Reilly's pocket while stealing CHIP funds while Brown has a child center in the Morning Call building.
ReplyDeleteLet my people go.
DeleteMeanwhile Speaker McClinton kicks a Republican Rep off the floor for “inappropriate” attire. That being a red white and blue suit jacket. She encourages “pride” colors to celebrate “pride month” but if it’s patriotic, no way!!!! Today’s Democrat party in a nutshell. Even some other democrats were shocked.
