Is Cindy Miller the anointed GOP candidate? Must be if she is the only R to not get a petition challenge.

9:25 am your comment is funny, Armstrong also didn't have his petition challenged. I would say she must have been able to follow the directions.

Armstrong is a Democrat.

Yes, I am aware of that. I was just pointing out that challenges happens on both sides. It shouldn't matter who is challenged. If you completed everything correctly you wouldn't have anything to worry about.

Judge Covey issued a memorandum opinion of 19 pages ordering Powell off the ballot yesterday. I believe Powell was removed, not withdrew.

Rich, I appreciate your comment. The state website indicates she withdrew. I have updated my post to reflect your insight. This is what I mean by participatory journalism

Any time, my friend. It's a matter of semantics, the end result is the same!

I closed down comments on the Coyle thread bc there had been enough. Someone now is trying to continue here. It is OFF TOPIC.

Actually Cindy Miller had numerous mistakes on her petitions but the other two candidates felt that they wanted to enter the race and show the people what their qualifications were and their merits without petty shenanigans. All the while CM claimed she didn't file the lawsuit, ahhh but she paid for the attorney? Marc Grammes decided to be morale and considerate , look where that got him. There is a gallant effort to make History and write him in I suggest people take a look at this situation and stand up for what is right and just.
