And the overall quality of the borough's population improved. Win-win.

Did they mention there may have already been a resident at the new treatment center that may have returned to said treatment center intoxicated? That is the word on the street!!!!

When people go out on work release..good and bad stuff happens. Some run away..some get stoned..some do their jobs and come back on time. It's a microcosm of society as a whole. Don't get your panties in a bunch. Did anyone die? Was a crime committed? Give it a rest. Treatment facilities are less expensive and more efficent.

DUI ??? How many of the critics out there have pushed the limits in driving under the influence??? Really ppl how can we help addictions in jail? We need to open our hearts and help those that have pushed the limits and got caught. The bible teaches is take he log out of your own eye before trying to take the speck out of your brothers eye.
