Congressman Dent To Conduct Two Town Halls This Week

This year alone, LV Congressman Charlie Dent has conducted seventeen town halls with his constituents. By tomorrow, it will be nineteen. He has a town hall scheduled for both today and tomorrow.

Today! Stockertown Rod and Gun Club, 206 Lefevre Road, in Stockertown, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

Tomorrow, at the Salisbury Township Municipal Building, 2900 South Pike Avenue, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

In addition to discussing pressing issues like health care, these are great opportunities to meet Congressman Dent's staff to seek assistance on specific federal matters.

Great. I'll stop by as soon as I'm done performing homemade surgery on myself with a steak knife, paper towels and string because I can't get health insurance. I really need to hear about how evil Obama's czars are.

Does the Dent campaign have authorship privileges on this blog?

You are pathetic

Um, these are not campaign rallies. If you support health care reform and disagree w/ Congressman Dent's stand, I'd urge you to attend one of these town halls. That's why he has them. He wants to hear what others think.

I did try to get Shawn Millan to ghost write for me, but he wants too much money.

So after Dent bloviates for 30 minutes, we get 30 minutes to get shouted down by teabaggers?

Anonymous said...

No, you get 30 minutes for your Liberal union thugs to intimidate grandma.

Doesn't the Liberal LGBT crowd get upset with your degrading use of the term "teabagging"?

41% strongly disapprove Obama

"60% of voters believe passage of the bill will lead to higher health care costs."

Teabagging is a LGBT term? Interesting perspective from Mr. Conservative. Heheheee

Mr. HeHeHeeee,

I am Conservative. But neither gay nor stupid. I know where the term teabagging is allegedly supposed to be derived from.

But you did not answer the question.

Aren't your Liberal buddies pissed you are using a term depicting LGBT activities in a negative conotation?

That's not very accepting of the LGBT lifestyle now, is it?

Sounds like a smear to me. Are you smearing the LGBT community?

:)

As a follow up to my comments on last Thursday's post on Jake Towne...as I mentioned then, I read a variety of stuff across the spectrum (New American, National Review, New Republic, Nation) both for professional reasons, and so I don't have inbred thinking.

Anyway, noticed that Jake Towne is prominently on the cover of the most recent New American (a John Birch publication) as a one of the highlighted "constitutional candidates".

Like I mentioned on the earlier post, Dent should be concerned if it plays out to be a close race with with Callahan that the energized 9-12/Tea Party/Tea Bag movement might be attracted to "Jake Towne of PA's 15th District (who) will also try to make Republicans honest by running against liberal Republican incumbent Charlie Dent" (quote from today's New American article).

Bernie will ooze the words of Charlie have the meeting.

No response from 3:47 to the question of how the LGBT community feel about the derogatory use of the term "teabagging"?

Still trying to come up with a politically correct response, perhaps, to not offend your inclusive and understanding Liberal constiuency, Mr. HeHeHeee?

(I know you are!)

I'm still trying to figure out if you really think "teabagging" is an exclusively gay sexual activity? Really? Larry Craig on the brain perhaps?

Bernie O'Hare said...

Although describing a political movement with a vulgar sexual reference is funny, it's only funny for about the first five minutes. After that, it's just a vulgar sexual reference and is usually used with homosexual suggestions. This does not demean the tea party movement. It does demean its critics.

Bullsh-t.

You are still trying to come up with a political correct response to satisfy your Liberal buddies who realize you have been caught smearing your LGBT alternative lifestyle constituents.

And you are struggling mightily for all to see.

:)

Happy Thanksgiving, Turkey

Puleeze. I have LGBT constituents? You are really reaching. At least YOU use the politically correct term for the group.

By the way, a "political movement?" It's a bunch of morons with sour grapes. Like Mt. LGBT here.

12:01, wasn't it your crowd that proudly took up the chant of Glenn Beck, "We are teabaggers and we are proud of it".
